About this machine: The Silicon Graphics Indy was designed to give SGI a share of the low-cost workstation market. It was aimed primarily at drafting, CAD, and other mostly 2D graphics programs. It was the only SGI computer to be made in the "pizza box" form factor common to Sun workstations at the time. This machine is in great condition, although the main software installation is currently password-protected and needs to be fixed. This particular Indy has the "WebForce" package and came preloaded with applications designed for web development and publishing.
